It’s been an exciting year for Gather, as we successfully launched our own mainnet and have seen a growing number of wallets, as well as the first decentralized applications being built on it. To name a few of them:

One of the key differentiators of our platform will be our focus on incentivizing publishers to run nodes in order to achieve true decentralization. We believe that this is essential for building a truly decentralized ecosystem and are committed to working closely with publishers to help them get set up and running on our platform.

In addition to our core dapp Gather Online, which provides publishers with an alternate way to monetize their websites or applications without the need for ads or in addition to ads, we’ve also seen a lot of interest in other decentralized applications that can be built on our platform. These range from wallet apps to financial services and beyond, and we’re excited to see the potential for even more growth in this area in the coming year.
