We are proud to announce the latest in a series of exciting business partnerships and introduce our latest partner: HASHR8 Software. HASHR8 Software is run by a team of long-time miners who are well respected in the mining space. They recently launched their flagship product, HASHR8 OS – a robust, Linux-based system to better serve miners everywhere.
The partnership is based on a supply and demand sharing contract. Gath3r will offer HPC (High Performance Computing) spot contracts to HASHR8 OS’s GPU and ASIC clients. This allows Gath3r to mitigate against a demand spike and allows HASHR8 OS users to hedge by monetizing their hardware for HPC when PoW mining is less profitable. In the future HASHR8 OS may provide their users the option to provide PoW support directly to the Gath3r ecosystem, depending on profitability and other factors.
