Gather is proud to announce a new partnership with Godrej Industries Limited (

About The Partnership

Gather, in collaboration with Godrej Industries Limited, will conduct a PoC (Proof of Concept) that will explore different use-cases for CPaaS (Compute Power as a Service) solution in helping Godrej Industries manage and process internal data operations.

About CPaaS

Gather’s new data processing solution is named Compute Power As A Service (CPaaS). CPaaS is an alternate mechanism/alternate source of compute power at a significantly lower cost and higher flexibility in use, coming from Gather’s network of publishers.

Through this solution, companies that have large amounts of data that need processing, can do so in an easier manner and with lower costs. It leverages the computing power coming from Gather’s web miner with significant benefits to enterprises and virtually no downside to the publishers or Gather.

About Godrej Industries Limited

Godrej Industries is one of the Godrej Group’s holding companies. We have significant interests in consumer goods, real estate, agriculture and gourmet retail through our subsidiary and associate companies, across 18 countries.

About Gather

Gather looks to democratise the compute power industry by harnessing the power of spare processing capacity of publishers for the benefit of businesses, blockchains, developers and webmasters. Through the use of spare processing power generated by publishers, Gather is able to help secure and launch blockchains by use of merged mining, while at the same time, businesses and enterprises can use Gather for their processing needs as a cheaper alternative as compared to today’s centralized solutions, all while providing an alternate form of monetization for publishers. The Gather blockchain is powered by the GTH cryptographic currency which facilitates payments and transactions within the hybrid ecosystem.

Following our previous enterprise partnership (check out more details in this update blog), we are excited about this second enterprise partnership and are working hard to bring on the next one, as well as making the existing ones a resounding success. Stay tuned to our social channels and blog updates to find out about them first hand.
